2. User Registration

2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
2.3. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

3. SME Responsibilities

3.1. SMEs must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
3.2. SMEs are responsible for delivering training as agreed upon with clients.
3.3. SMEs must maintain professional conduct during all interactions.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Clients must provide accurate training requirements.
4.2. Clients are responsible for making payments as per agreed terms.
4.3. Clients must respect intellectual property rights of SMEs.

5. Platform Usage

5.1. Users agree not to misuse the platform or disrupt its functionality.
5.2. Users must not engage in fraudulent activities.
5.3. Users must respect the privacy of other users.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Platform fees will be clearly communicated.
6.2. Payment terms must be agreed upon before training commencement.
6.3. Refund policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Users retain their intellectual property rights.
7.2. Training materials must not infringe on third-party rights.
7.3. Platform content is protected by copyright laws.

8. Termination

8.1. SMEpool reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations.
8.2. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
8.3. Ongoing obligations survive termination.

9. Liability

9.1. SMEpool is not liable for training outcomes.
9.2. Users agree to indemnify SMEpool against claims.
9.3. Platform services are provided "as is."

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. Terms may be updated periodically.
10.2. Users will be notified of significant changes.
10.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
